Job Title:Concessions Staff
Department:Parks and Recreation
Pay Type:Part-time, Non-exempt, hourly
Shift:Variable
Location:Southside Softball Complex
Position Summary:Provides excellent customer service to patrons visiting Jonesboro Parks and Recreation concessions stands. This position assists patrons with payments, food orders, and cleaning. This position requires nights and weekends including some holidays.
Duties:
- Greets patrons in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Completes transactions and accept payments
- Maintains work station
- Keeps supplies stocked and rotated
- Reports any concerns or problems to immediate supervisor
- Required to complete closing checklist including but not limited to mopping, sweeping, and washing dishes
