    • Education
  • Must be a high school graduate.

  • Experience

  • Minimum of one year clerical experience required. Must have strong customer service skills. Previous computer experience to include knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

  • Physical

  • Normal hospital environment. Close eye work. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Operates computer, copier, fax machine, scanner, and telephone. Lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 30 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing and walking.

  • JOB SUMMARY

  • Maintains a well-organized, friendly and customer oriented atmosphere for the Talent Acquisition Center. Performs a variety of clerical duties, makes name badges, answers telephones, emails, and relays messages. Completes pre-employment visits with new hires collecting all necessary documents. Monitors new hire lists and performs confirmation calls for the new hire orientations. This is a very fast pace environment and the ideal person will need to be able to work in a multi-tasking environment while dealing with interruptions and maintaining accuracy on the job tasks.
