Eaton Corporation Senior Planner in Juarez, Mexico

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS ICD division is currently seeking a Senior Planner.

What you’ll do:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

This position is based at our Juarez Frontera facility. The Sr Planner role is a key position within an organization that is responsible for effectively collaborates with multiple departments and functions to maintain manufacturing order flow. Develops resolutions for shipping issues and works with shipping/receiving personnel to improve carrier performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Customer Service high response skills

• Different level communication skills

• Sales Orders follow up and priorities

• Coordinate and Control Production Demand Programs based on Customer requirements

• Internal follow up on work orders / Manufacturer Orders

• Clear to build reports

• Responsible for Finished goods inventory planning

• Attain and drive improvements to KPIs

• Production Schedule attainment

• Planning attainment

• Slow moving and obsolete material

• Supports and facilitates SIOP and Customer Service

• Identify and initiate planning scenarios to drive and support decision making

• Capacity analysis

• Back Order management, projection, and mitigation

• Get well and level loading planning

• Identify and drive improvements to supply chain process, including planning and Lead Times

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

• 3 years of experience working in the related filed of supply chain

• Experience in data analysis to determine accuracy /integrity, and identify necessary actions to enhance completeness of data delivered in the reports and dashboards.

• Ability to solve problems independently, quickly, and completely, and to communicate clearly to management and peers

• Bilingual English/Spanish

• Microsoft Office

• AS400 / MAPICS
