Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Manager, Sr. to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. The role involves providing technical direction on various projects and involves working in the process automation solutions industry. The successful candidate will be pivotal in planning, coordinating, and completing complex or long-term projects, while also maintaining a thorough knowledge of new developments and technologies related to the projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical direction and guidance to project participants.

• Plan, coordinate, and complete multiple medium to large-scale projects.

• Monitor project progress and recommend changes for improvement.

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of new developments and technologies in the industry.

• Implement process automation solutions to improve business efficiency.

• Engage in IT Business Analyst activities, as needed.

• Implement strategic goals in line with project plans.

• Manage supplier relationships and staffing as part of project management.

• Validate project plans and ensure they align with business unit objectives.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new project participants. Requirements • Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably in a senior role.

• Demonstrable skills in planning and executing project schedules and procedures.

• Proficiency in managing project plans, setting strategic goals, and scaling out operations.

• Experience in managing staff and onboarding new team members.

• Ability to liaise with and manage suppliers.

• Proven track record in process improvement and process automation.

• Experience managing onsite operations and expense accounts.

• Ability to work alongside and coordinate with various business units.

• Experience in creating and executing validation plans.

• Familiarity with Cybersecurity and NIS, Nerc regulations.

• Knowledge of how to manage a contingent workforce is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear manner.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
