This is a 6 month contract + Hybrid Remote (2-3 days per week onsite in Juno Beach, FL)

Description:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

• Present design solutions and research findings to stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and setting realistic expectations.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders to continually improve the user experience.

• Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and best practices across all digital products.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.

• Work on-site at our Juno Beach office at least three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.

Skills:

Ux design, Sketch, User experience, Figma, Adobe XD, Research, usability testing, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Agile

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in the utility industry or with energy-related applications.

Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
