Verifies the accuracy and completeness of testing and paperwork related to in-process and finished products and keeps their files up-to-date Assists the Director of QC/QA in the development of procedures and documents Responsible for assigning and tracking the document control records for all ISO and GMP documents Maintains and updates the Document Control Record files Writes and revises technical SOPs, Certificates of Analysis and maintains a tracking database for their revisions Maintains the tracking database for the customer complaint investigations
