Working at NTT

Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify business development areas through data gathering of the data centre industry and its market trends.

Apply relevant data models to create solutions with supporting financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting and present reports containing key success factors and performance indicators.

Evaluate our market positioning, business processes, predicting future requirements and offer solutions to increase wallet share.

Identify strategic customer segments, develop marketing programmes, forecast expected volumes and monitor competitor activity.

Implement financial modelling for large opportunities and analysis of different commercial options.

Consolidate & Track against FY and YTD Sales Target and gap analysis for APAC.

Implement efficient method for performance management and subsequently verification of sales incentive calculations for each country in APAC

Implement forecasting models extrapolating from win/loss cases and identify key drivers.

Oversee sales operation activities but not limited to the following:

Quotations, Orders, Contracts, Delivery schedules, billing, inventory and the tracking, storage and retrieval of this information

Monitor order management process and identify any order process improvements and support escalations.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations and Finance to deliver the above sales forecast and operational dashboards.

What will make you a good fit for the role?

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with excellent grasps of numerical KPI’s used in sales operations for forecast analysis, models and predictive indicators against sales financial performance.

  • Interpersonal and consultative skills with strong oral and written communications proficiency with creative outlook supported by data driven insights.

  • Knowledgeable and experienced with SFDC, EXCEL, PowerBI and Powerpoint presentations. Ability to learn and incorporate in-house proprietary tools and integrate data to compile required deliverables.

  • Attention to detail, willing to express opinions, able to take the initiative to deliver required outcomes, good team player, effective communicator, able to work independently and good people management skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business or Science would be advantageous.
