Working at NTT

  • Deliver top-notched technical solutions to clients and take responsibility for the standards of work with client centric mindset.

  • Provide client support, assist with troubleshooting and designing, configuration and escalated problem management.

  • Learn to utilize automated mediums to perform staging, pre-loading configurations, and onsite deployment, ultimately enhancingproficiency in automation.

  • Deliver, monitor, and maintain a stable, efficient and reliable infrastructure operations through day-to-day performance.

  • Support the design, testing and implementation of routine installations of hardware including computers, network, components and multi-functional devices.

  • Resolve complex issues and conduct fault analysis

  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with team to resolve complex issues

  • Maintain high standards of client-centricity

  • Flexible working hours may include occasional overtime or shifts outside of traditional business hours

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Math related disciplines

  • Fresh graduate or less than 3 years of working experience

  • Strong in interpersonal skills

  • Has excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills

  • Team player, resourcefulness, strong analytical skills is an advantage

  • Knowledge in the following area may be advantageous:

  • Basic network automation via scripting such as Python and Ruby

  • Hands-on experience on Cisco and/or Aruba LAN switches

  • Wireless Technology, Wifi6 and/or 5G network

  • Routing/switching technology such as BGP, OSPF, spanning tree

  • TCP/IP and Firewall, Intrusion prevention concepts

  • Project management methodologies
