At C.H. Robinson, we value in-person collaboration to fuel innovation. During training, you’ll work on-site three days a week to engage with peers, with two remote days for flexibility. After training, you'll have a schedule that balances business needs and personal flexibility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Gather customer expectations of carriers based on project team guidance
Compile customer and vendor user templates as provided by the project team
Develop standard operating procedures and training materials, and conduct formal training sessions
Configure customer, carrier, and warehouse data accurately, as well as online and truck administrative systems
Present training in a professional manner to customers, carriers, and vendors
Transfer knowledge effectively to the customer account and Implementation teams
Support the customer account team during testing and go-live for carrier or customer/vendor online support
Document and report system defects and enhancements identified during setup and training
Maintain documentation templates, processes, and contribute to the Implementation Team’s methodology
Manage work request tickets, assist with troubleshooting, and oversee Carrier EDI setup and processes
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 1 year of technical project experience
Preferred:
Prior experience with Transportation Management System (TMS) software
Basic proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working directly with customers, carriers, or customer vendors
Comfortable with public speaking and presenting, primarily over the telephone
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong creative and critical thinking skills
