The Loan Administration team is a part of the Middle Office team that provides loan preparation and assistance for consumer, commercial, and real estate loans. Within the Loan Administration environment, this team interacts with internal partners to ensure all loans are accurate and are in compliance with UMB loan regulatory guidelines. With our robust training to provide extensive UMB and financial knowledge, this team provides loan support and loan decisions to their internal partners.

The Loan Administration team is about creating strong connections amongst its associates to develop and maintain a positive working experience. Associates are supported and encouraged to work with their manager to develop roadmaps for opportunity within Loan Administration and beyond.

As a Post Closing Review Analyst II, you will be responsible for post-closing review of consumer and non-complex commercial loan files for proper documentation, collateral perfection, compliance with loan approval and loan policy, compliance with regulation and documentation exceptions.

How you’ll spend your time:

• You will use your attention to detail to ensure loans are closed to approval, documents are properly executed and ensure liens are properly perfected.

• You will use your communication skills to communicate with internal partners, loan officers and third parties.

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent

• You have a least two (2) years’ commercial loan experience

Compensation Range:

Minimum: $44,790.00 - Maximum: $103,820.00
