This position will be located in Kansas City, MO

Job Duties:

  • Reports in to the Mission Assurance organization, leading moderately complex Project(s) and strategic business process development / execution

  • High visibility role with primary focus areas in the Factory and Supply Chain

  • Drives measurable process improvement using problem solving tools to improve enterprise performance with reporting in enterprise & functional scorecards and related MOS's

  • Represents Mission Assurance for assigned projects & processes to influence internal and matrixed stakeholders resulting in changes to enhance enterprise & functional performance

  • Delivers HOS and LSS related training

    You Must Have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, engineering, or manufacturing focused on delivery of products or process excellence.

  • Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering

    We Value:

  • Lean expert, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.

  • A broad knowledge of engineering, project management, and / or manufacturing processes and principles.

  • Ability to integrate and present complex concepts

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and provide project management, consultative services, and innovative solutions.

  • Familiarity with supply chain management, demand management, contract management, and / or financial management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access)
