Robert Half currently has a short-term contract / temporary opening for an intelligent, highly-skilled Receptionist in a local CPA firm in Honolulu, HI. Responsibilities

• Wield strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

• Welcoming visitors

• Answering all incoming phone calls

• Look after various office files and provide general office filing support

• Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

• Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support

• Order office and kitchen supplies

• Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures

  Requirements

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• 3+ years of Receptionist experience, preferably in a corporate environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Deep understanding of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines

• Assist Visitors experience preferred

• Mail processing experience

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites

• Well-founded grasp of Clerical Duties

• Proven knowledge of ordering office supplies and equipment

• Customer service and office administrative skills

• Optimistic, creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

• Be detailed, flexible, and organized
