Join our Digital Industry as the Factory Automation Sales Specialist and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.

You‘ll make an impact by:

  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their specific business

  • needs and requirements across different industries

  • Solution Demonstration: Present and demonstrate the capabilities of Automation offerings in

  • customer-specific contexts, showcasing best practices and the solution's value proposition.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored presentations and proposals that address customer challenges and objectives. Support DI Sales Team to maximize the opportunity pipeline, identify own prospects & support channel partners for achieving assigned portfolio sales targets with right solution offerings.

  • Technical Consultation: Participate in deep dive workshops and technical discussions to

  • provide comprehensive insights into the related solutions for our industrial customers &

  • partners. Implementing use cases in the region to help customers to achieve their digitalization & sustainability goals.

  • Support Sales Cycle: Assist in the preparation of bids, proposals, and responses to customer

inquiries, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.

Your success is grounded in

  • Educational Background: B.Eng / B.Sc in Electronics / Electrical / Control Engineering, Master’s

  • degree shall be added value.

  • Experience: 03-05 years of proven experience in technical sales, technical consulting, or a

  • related role.

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Siemens Automation portfolio is preferred, its

  • integration capabilities, and related industry solutions.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills,

  • enabling effective engagement with customers at all levels as well as collaboration with internal teams.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to

  • complex business problems.

  • Team Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple

  • customer engagements simultaneously.
