Continental Supply Chain Specialist in Kecamatan Cilandak, Indonesia

PROCUREMENT:
To coordinate with Logistic Planning & Order Management on materials available.
To ensure on time delivery from supplier to meet the requirement.
Inventory control ABC classification & respect the rule of JIT & Kanban.
Evaluate supplier delivery performance, negotiate with supplier on JIT/Consignment stock and EDI connection.
Coordinate with SQM on part quality issue to call in new lot and RTV part & coordinate with Purchasing for the MOQ issue.
To determine delivery mode by air/sea.
To involve in New Project and coordinate for packing concept.

Customs clearance documentation
ORDER MANAGEMENT:
Set up of order processing method (manual or EDI).
Confirm order increase / cancellation with customer
Avoid excessive air freight cost and to ensure sea shipment is delivered on time, charge vendor for any excessive
Logistics cost or production stoppage costs due to vendor problem
Inventory controls
To involve in new project, coordinate for packing concept (PSDS)
Warehousing (3PL: Inventory control) daily stock reconcile, stamp and signed Continental DO and etc
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Supply Chain Management or
equivalent
Minimum with 2 year(s) of working experience in managing suppliers in industrial environment or equivalent
Strong knowledge in ERP systems and ISO standard such as IATF 16949/TS 16949
Experienced in working with various cultures in international projects
Good communication and relationship with international business partners
Able to work under pressure with positive attitude, detailed – oriented and excellent team player
Strong skills in problem solving and negotiation
Fluent local and English language
Able to travel overseas
