Division Maintenance & Facilities Manager

Overall responsibility for the efficient operation, maintenance and coordination of all services, processes, facilities, systems, and contracts involved with the Corporate Headquarters Facility.

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Manage building and grounds, office operations, and facility technology department supervisors and associated staff.

  • Coordinate all contract negotiations with facility vendors and service providers and facility purchases.

  • Schedule and coordinate use of headquarters facility amenities, i.e. conference center.

  • Work with Corporate staff departments to define and resolve issues involving headquarters facility.

  • Prepare and administer annual budgets for operation and management of corporate headquarters facility.

  • Develop cost allocations for headquarters facility operations and services.

  • Monitor monthly headquarters facility expenses.

  • Develop efficient cost-effective means of facility operation and maintenance.

  • Develop and maintain current facility emergency, management, and training programs.

  • Schedule project and staff assignments to comply with headquarters facility needs and priorities.

  • Maintain communications like with building residents and vendors.

  • Manage selection, training, and development of facility department staff.

  • Respond to building residents inquiries.

    Qualifications

  • BS degree in Business

  • 5+ years management experience.

  • 7 to 10 years Preventative Maintenance and Facilities experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

  • Demonstrated supervisory experience.

  • Knowledge of applicable Corporate policies.

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

  • Ability to motivate staff.

  • Understanding of computer systems.

    The wage range for this role considers allowances for a number of factors, including but not limited to required experience, skill level, prior training, licensure/certifications, education, and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,579-$198,823.
