What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

You are fastidious in relation to deadlines and can look ahead to schedule jobs according to skills required, downtime and parts availability. You are system and process driven. You can communicate effectively across a diverse range of teams at multiple levels of the organisation.

You can produce plans, have experience with Maximo and are eager to learn more to get the most out of the system.

Responsibilities:

Work with Maximo system administrator to manage KPIs and metrics relating to engineering services (and production as required). Produce PM lookahead and annual overview to highlight points of increased activity. Work with reliability engineers, planners to mitigate same. Schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level:

Coordinate with production scheduling team to arrange necessary downtime.

Evaluate and group upcoming tasks to suit work schedules.

Manage technicians shift schedules within Maximo to ensure tasks are possible to complete in given time frames.

Manage workload for technicians to ensure no late PMs.

Coordinate with planner to ensure parts and tools are available for technicians to complete scheduled work.

Coordinate with planner to ensure PMs and DMs are completed in timely fashion. Review work orders to ensure minimum data is entered at all times. Complete regular reviews of system to ensure adherence to scheduling procedures. Engage with contractors as required and ensure all reports, job cards, etc are completed fully in Maximo. Other related tasks as necessary.

Qualifications/experience:

  • Efficiently use Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint essential)

  • Level 6 (Leaving Cert)

  • Experience with Maximo a distinct advantage.

  • Previous maintenance scheduling experience a must

This role reports to Orlagh Costello, our Engineering Services Manager. You will join Orlagh’s team of 11, working together to ensure reliable functioning of the production equipment.
