Job Description

Associates are tasked with manning the employee entrance, checking in/out items in assistances with Loss Prevention, maintaining supplies, answering employee calls, managing meeting spaces, and more.

Qualified candidates must be available to work at least two of the following shifts, one being a weekend day:

• 6:45am-1pm Saturdays or Sundays
• 11am-7pm Tuesdays or Wednesdays
• 1pm-7pm Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays

Application Requirements:

• Receptionist/Employee Desk Associates must have experience working with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Associates must demonstrate courtesy, assistance and a positive attitude toward customers and other employees
• Initiative and drive in the performance of duties, demonstrating a willingness to follow direction with a positive attitude
• Associates maintain clear and concise written records and reports
• Knowledge of, adherence to and reinforcement of all company policies and procedures
• Safe performance of duties: demonstrating care for self, co-workers, customers and company property
• Maintain a neat and clean work environment
• Maintain a professional personal appearance
