Position Overview:

We are seeking Brand Ambassadors who possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Our In-Home Consultants identify and resolve our Customer’s water problems for both city and well water by using state-of-the art equipment and deep discovery techniques. You must be comfortable and confident utilizing technology platforms to present product information and benefits.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Presentation Skills-Learn the Pelican Water Sales Process.

  • Closer-Methodical approach using the steps of selling to achieve goals.

  • Determined-Ability to generate your own leads to build your business.

  • Referral-Ability to generate referrals to build and grow your business.

  • Listening Skills-Ability to actively listen to others and provide positive solutions to handle objectives.

  • Ambitious-Ability to independently build a successful business territory.

  • Communication Skills-Develop strong relationships with Customers, Field Team and corporate organization.

  • Tech Savvy-Comfortable & confident using technology for discovery, sales presentations and activity scheduling.

  • Responsible-Ability to take full ownership for the care and maintenance of Company provided vehicle, marketing materials, cell phone, laptop and product.

Essential Requirements:

  • In Home Sales Consultive Experience 5+ years or more.

  • CRM or Sales Force Experience 5+ years or more.

  • Read, analyze and interpret written information.

  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from executives, peers, customers and general public.

  • Physically deliver water systems that can weight up to 80lbs.

  • Base Salary + Commission Program. Uncapped earning potential of $80,000+ or more.
