A food manufacturer in Knoxville, TN is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead. This is a Direct Hire opportunity on 1st shift! The ideal candidate will have 2 years of Lead experience in industrial maintenance; experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturer is a plus! Responsibilities
Oversee and coach maintenance techs in department
Ability to install, repair, and otherwise maintain equipment relative to the total manufacturing process
Work includes mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding operations associated with installation and repair of equipment such as but not limited to vertical baggers, pumps, and conveyers
Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
Rebuild machine and overhaul components and attachments which involves dismantling, inspection, repair or replacement of parts
Preventative maintenance checks on various equipment to ensure safe operating condition
