Job Description:

Mandatory Skills:

  1. All full-time employees who have completed a minimum of 12 months in the current role.

  2. Experience in analyzing performance measures and good understanding of SLA/ KPI for the Processes.

  3. Any graduate (Passed with graduation certificate)

Responsibilities:

  1. Good analytical and reasoning skills

  2. Good Process Knowledge

  3. Ability to do analysis on productivity and Quality.

  4. Willing to work shifts night.

  5. Health Care domain knowledge

  6. Good communication skills Verbal and Non-Verbal.

  7. Good at Microsoft Excel and presentations.

  8. Responsible for providing feedback on Quality/Production to team members.
