Experienced in basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting and repair. Experienced in drywall repair and painting. Willing to do some housekeeping. Works with limited supervision, must be self-motivated. Able to work outside in both winter and summer. Day shift, 35-40 hours per week. May get called in occasionally after hours.
