Professional Services Reporting and Analytics Specialist

Preferred Qualifications

The Professional Services group within the Oracle Hospitality Global Business Unit (HGBU) is seeking a Professional Services Reporting and Analytics Specialist to join our team.

The candidate has ideally worked with a BI Reporting tool. Experience with Oracle Hospitality Property Management OPERA Version 5.6 and Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud and SQL Knowledge would be helpful.

Responsibilities

Work closely with business collaborators to understand their needs and requirements

Design and develop reports and dashboards

Test and implement these solutions for international customers

Build functional and user documentation for both internal and external use

Submit timely and accurate project status

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

Proficient in spoken and written English

Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

Familiar with PCI / PA-DSS requirements

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

As a Professional Services Reporting and Analytics Specialist you will be responsible to analyze requests for the creation of custom reports for OPERA Reporting and Analytics and provide scope of work. You will build exports and reports based on approved scope of work within the estimated amount of time.

Ideally you are familiar with the PCI regulations and with PA-DSS requirements.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for analysis, business justification and communication on a technical level with customers and vendors are required. Ability to travel as needed.
