Edwards Lifesciences Senior Analyst, JAPAC Strategy in Kuala Lumpur BSC, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead and support business solutions Initiatives with commercial Operations Director.

  • Develop data strategy and lead execution of strategy from initiation to execution of dashboard

  • Drive data Insights adoption by working independently with business unit stakeholders at the country levels

  • Evaluate the cadence and execution of of change/new features requests from a Data Strategy Perspective

  • Manage Portfolio of available and upcoming JAPAC Digital Tools (Showpad/Docebo and others) in partnership with Commercial Operations Director

  • Oversee implementation and adoption of these Digital Tools (Showpad)

  • Other incidental duties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in in Business Administration or IT required.

  • 5 years experience related work experience as a Project Manager or a Data Strategist required.

Additional Skills:

  • Good knowledge and understanding of Sales, Service, Marketing and Communities Cloud.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.

  • Good conflict resolution skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Good organizational and project management skills.

  • Good training and education skills.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English preferred.

  • Ability to understand and analyze industry trends.

  • Ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to effectively foster and develop internal and external partnership with stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.

  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
