About the Job:

Finance Shared Services supports Finance processes across APAC countries. The

wider team partners with our finance and business communities to ensure timely and accurate execution of our reporting requirements.Due to business growth, we present an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join our Shared Service Centre team based in Kuala Lumpur.

What you will do:

  • Involving AP | AR | GL | SOX & Masterfile maintenance

  • Handling global SPR presentation (Well fluent in English)

  • Resolving finance dispute & queries via ServiceNow | Iscala | JDE | Oracle

  • Masterfile – Vendor & Debtor & Project maintenance

  • Having an opportunity to explore in several region such as HK|TW|AU|NZ|SG|CN|JP|KR|MY|PH

  • Fast paced working environment

  • Any other scopes/tasks which may assign by the Manager.

  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, SSC processes and procedures.

  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.

What you need:

  • Fresh Grads are most welcomed.

  • Candidate must possess at least a degree in Finance/Business Admin/Commerce or related area

  • Computer literate and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Looking for a quick thinker and confident candidates to dealing with diversified financedispute and enquiries.

  • High level of accuracy, numerical ability, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline

  • Proficiency in English with great communication skills and critical thinking skills

  • A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team

  • Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
