The Senior IT Business Analyst – BI and RPA Solutions for Cytiva is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, focusing on Business Intelligence and RPA Solutions within APAC/China.

This position is part of the Global IT located in Malaysia/Singapore and will be working in a hybrid/remote model depending on work location. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, pain points, and objectives related to BI and RPA.

• Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation using RPA.

2. Solution Design and Documentation:

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for BI dashboards, reports, and RPA bots.

• Collaborate with technical teams to design efficient and effective solutions.

• Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and use cases.

3. Project Management:

• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage risks.

• Ensure timely delivery of BI and RPA solutions.

4. Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.

• Communicate project updates, status reports, and potential roadblocks to relevant stakeholders.

5. Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for BI dashboards and RPA bots.

• Validate data accuracy, system functionality, and adherence to business requirements.

6. Training and Support:

• Train end-users on BI tools and RPA processes.

• Provide ongoing support and address user queries related to BI and RPA.

  The essential requirements of the job include:

• 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in BI and/or RPA projects in a multi-national organization

• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin

• Proficiency in data analysis, requirements elicitation, and process modeling

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

• Strong Hands-on Experience with BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI) to create dashboards and reports, with knowledge and willingness to learn RPA platforms.

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to details.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Project Management Knowledge and Experience is a plus

• Experience delivering RPA solutions would be advantageous.

• Willingness to always learn new concepts and technologies like AI/ML is highly desirable
