・ハウスキーピング業務全般のオペレーション、マネジメント （客室インスペクション、パブリック清掃、ユニフォーム管理等）

・スタッフの管理、トレーニング

・在庫管理

・契約会社と良好な関係を築き、業務を円滑に進める

・ホテルにおけるハウスキーピングサービスや同等の業務経験

・これまでにシティホテルにおいて勤務経験を有する方を優遇を有する方

・オペラに関する知識やシステムの使用経験があれば優遇

・マネージメント経験が３年以上ある方

・チームでの協調性・協力性を大切にすることができる方

・柔軟性にとんだ方

【語学】

・英語で外国人のお客様と流暢にコミュニケーションを図れる方
