Apply today to join our Emergency Services Leadership team as a Clinical Manager. What You\'ll Do: As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a department that consists of 3 Clinical RN Supervisors, 97 RNs, 35 EMTs, 20 Paramedics, and a Senior Office Assistant. Our Level II ACS-verified Trauma Center provides care to over 65,000 patients annually with a wide variety of physical and emotional needs. The department consists of 45 total patient exam rooms including ten Urgent Care rooms, five resuscitation/trauma/critical care rooms, and three dedicated Behavioral Health rooms. Emergency Services was also a 2023 Emergency Nurses Association Lantern Award recipient. Key responsibilities include: Oversee and supervise all aspects of emergency services and urgent care department operations; provide leadership and guidance to emergency services staff, including training and development opportunities Collaborate with a strong and experienced team of Hospital Clinical Managers, Clinical Operations Directors, and Department Chairs to achieve department and unit strategic goals Coordinate and collaborate with other departments, community organizations, external agencies, and other stakeholdersto ensure seamless communication and collaboration during emergencies and enhance emergency preparedness/response efforts Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective utilization of emergency services resources and response Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in emergency services operations What\'s Available: Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE) Mon-Fri, variable hours. Occasional weekends and/or holidays per department need Minium starting salary of \$107,200 and up.
