JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a flex schedule which may include occasional evenings and weekends. Essential Functions 1. Complete all required College training and responsible for maintaining the skills necessary to complete the essential functions of the position as defined by the department. 3. Leadership - Supporting Action/Task May Include:Lead/participate on college, statewide, program advisory, and community committees. Supervise and evaluate assigned staff to include hiring, promoting employee success, and recommending personnel actions in accordance with policies and procedures of the college, regulatory bodies, and contractual agreements. Meet with and assist students as needed to support student success and retention. Design, administer and implement comprehensive programs for the assigned division. Provide overall leadership and evidence based research for the division's strategic planning activities to align with the College's strategic plan, Academic Master Plan, and continuous quality improvement process. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, processes and a data collection, analysis, and reporting system for division activities.
