Qualifications: * At least 18 years of age. * General maintenance knowledge including light carpentry, painting, etc. Duties: *Perform general tasks relating to repairs and installations including an understanding of carpentry, painting, landscaping, etc. * Equipment and furniture repair. * Demolition tasks as needed. *Cleans and maintains equipment, tools, and work areas. * Maneuver up to 35 pounds. *Familiar with safe and efficient use of a variety of hand power tools. Schedule: * About 20 hours per week. * Flexible schedule within business needs. Wage: * Competitive pay depending on experience.
