Urgent Medical Transport LLC Office Assistant in Lacey, Washington
We are a Non-Emergency Transportation company that transports clients to and from medical appointments. We are looking for the right person to fit in and help out in the office.
Looking for someone that lives in the Olympia/Lacey area. This would be a full-time job. Monday -- Friday.
We need someone that is willing to learn the task of picking up clients and taking them to their doctor appointments. Learning the routes to start (to get the knowledge of where clinics are in Thurston and Pierce County), then move into the office to help with Scheduling routes for the drivers, dispatch out trips and cancellations to the drivers, input billing information and other office tasks.
Skills/Qualifications: Must have clean driving record (Either 1 speeding ticket OR 1 at fault accident in a 3-yr time period, Clean UA (drug testing)- even though Marijuana is legal you still can not partake, also must have a clean background. High school diploma or equivalent, Office Experience - Knowledge in Microsoft office, specifically Excel, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Meeting Planning, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail.
