Job Description

- General front office responsibilities -- Check in, check out, referral coordinating (light) and follow up on referral appointments

- Will be cross-trained across all office responsibilities

- Assist the Management as needed

- 350 phone calls per day to the practice

- Coordinating physician schedules

- Scheduling scans

- Putting in orders from the physicians

Skills and Requirements

- Ability to communicate effectively with physicians

- Experience in a medical environment: scheduling patients, etc.

- Multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

- Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations

- Some analytical ability is required: gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems and prioritize work

- High School diploma or GED is required (must be able to verify)

- **Must be able to clear a nicotine test for onboarding (including vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, pouches, etc.) null
