LaGrange has so much to offer, world-renowned musicians, museums, lakeside recreational activities, and accommodations.The Role Overview:Community Bank & Trust is looking for a talented and dedicated individual for the position of Teller/CSR. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while delivering direct assistance with a variety of financial interactions and bank services. This postion will be a Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and 7:30am to 12:00pm on Saturaday\'s.Job Responsibilities as a Teller/CSR Include:Accepts deposits, cashes checks/withdrawals, process night deposit bags and processes loan payments.Proficiently balance and maintain accurate balancing record of assigned cash drawer.Assist with answering phone in a courteous and efficient mannerAssist customers with opening new accounts including checking, Savings, IRA\'s and CD\'s.Initiate wire transfers and order ATM/Debit cards.Assist with ATM inspection and balancingMaintain a work area ensuring the safety and confidentiality of all customer records and transactions.Compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Policies and Procedures.Confidently embody Community Bank and Trust - West Georgia\'s Mission, Vision and Values.Represent Community Bank and Trust - West Georgia in the community and at community events.Open and close safety deposit boxes. Maintain reports as needed.Perform all other duties as assigned.Teller/CSR Qualifications and Requirements:One year of work experience in banking is preferred.High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.Ability to accurately process and handle cash.Ability to obtain and maintain Notary Public credentials and licensure.Excellent math skills.Ability to communicate well in writing and verbally.Ability to learn and operate bank\'s systems, typewriter, calculator/adding machine, check encoder, and other standard equipment.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and banking software programs and platforms.Joining us:Community Bank & Trust is committed to a fair recruitment process and is an equal opportunity employer.
