Provide ongoing administrative and project support to the Resort Engineering / Maintenance Department team to drive and work towards common goals. Liaison for Resort management and staff, hotel guests, vendors, and contractors regarding inquiries, scheduling work, and compliance record keeping. POSITION SUMMARY Liaison with other Resort departments on scheduled services and project needs from inception to completion. Administer work orders to multi-shift team to include active property service calls along with equipment preventative maintenance and painting. Experience with an electronic work order system is a plus. Support with administrative tasks such as the sourcing of parts, processing of purchase orders, processing invoices, running monthly reports, inputting data, handling phone calls, obtaining quotes, and calling contractors. Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely. Comply with all quality assurance standards. Ensure compliance with both Marcus Hotels & Resorts policies along with Wisconsin regulations by keeping systems up to date, scheduling inspections, and keeping records organized and filed in a logical order. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) Pro-active and reliable Positive demeanor Able to work alone and within a team. Organized and able to manage time and workload. Computer skills required. Administrative experience preferred. Building maintenance or Hospitality knowledge a plus to effectively support the Engineering Department. High School Diploma required.
