Manages and builds relationships and collaborating with all business units to meet current Talent Acquisition needs; conducts and manages full-cycle executive recruiting, hiring and other staffing needs. Implements and coordinates system-wide sourcing strategies, recruitment and retention activities and advertising; counsels and coaches the Talent Acquisition staff to develop effective sourcing strategies. Leads the development of creative and cost effective sourcing strategies within the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Provides leadership to Talent Acquisition team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.

  • Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system.

  • Hires, trains, and supervises the Talent Acquisition staff; manages staff assignments and provides guidance in the development of sourcing plans and strategies as well as the handling of adverse background checks.

  • Develops, cultivates, and manages relationships with business partners and hiring managers to provide service excellence and staffing expertise.

  • Sources qualified executive level candidates to meet customer requirements by implementing extensive searching, networking, and screening techniques.

  • Pre-screens, interviews, and manages full cycle recruiting process and maintain resume database and candidate for area(s) of focus.

  • Develops and implements recruiting strategies to identify internal drivers around retention issues.

  • Ensures consistent corporate brand as designed by Talent Acquisition Strategy; coordinates with advertising agency to manage advertising and position posting needs.

  • Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house Applicant Tracking the health system to identify and recruit the very best candidates.

  • Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices Provides project management design and expertise; oversees special projects as assigned.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

  • 5 plus years of recruitment experience required and 2-5 years of leadership / management experience, preferred.
