Manages and builds relationships and collaborating with all business units to meet current Talent Acquisition needs; conducts and manages full-cycle executive recruiting, hiring and other staffing needs. Implements and coordinates system-wide sourcing strategies, recruitment and retention activities and advertising; counsels and coaches the Talent Acquisition staff to develop effective sourcing strategies. Leads the development of creative and cost effective sourcing strategies within the organization.
Provides leadership to Talent Acquisition team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.
Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system.
Hires, trains, and supervises the Talent Acquisition staff; manages staff assignments and provides guidance in the development of sourcing plans and strategies as well as the handling of adverse background checks.
Develops, cultivates, and manages relationships with business partners and hiring managers to provide service excellence and staffing expertise.
Sources qualified executive level candidates to meet customer requirements by implementing extensive searching, networking, and screening techniques.
Pre-screens, interviews, and manages full cycle recruiting process and maintain resume database and candidate for area(s) of focus.
Develops and implements recruiting strategies to identify internal drivers around retention issues.
Ensures consistent corporate brand as designed by Talent Acquisition Strategy; coordinates with advertising agency to manage advertising and position posting needs.
Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house Applicant Tracking the health system to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices Provides project management design and expertise; oversees special projects as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
5 plus years of recruitment experience required and 2-5 years of leadership / management experience, preferred.
