Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Analyst is responsible for designing, developing and analyzing supply chain and clinical data as it applies to clinical products, clinical technology and clinical initiatives utilizing business intelligence applications and data analytics. This position will support the Division and Facility Clinical Resource Directors by understanding their objectives and data information needs; and will translate this information into a format that will improve clinical decision making within HealthTrust Supply Chain.

Major Responsibilities:

• Create data packages for product standardization development

• Complete analytics for product conversions/product standardizations warehouse item adds

• Identifies and analyzes product trends by supplier and SKU in support of consolidated distribution and formulary optimization activities

• Perform ongoing analytics, tracking and analysis for product standardization

• Collaborate with the Inventory Analysts and Warehouse Logistics Manager on reporting to optimize supply stocking – including non-moving item reporting and non-stock purchasing analysis

• Assist in product recalls

• Support Other Divisions Analysts as needed with Supply Expense Analytics and Savings reporting

• Provide support to the team with additional analytics as requested.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” and “Mission and Value Statement.”

Education and Experience needed:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent experience Required

• 3-5 years’ experience managing multiple projects to successful completion that required financial modeling and analysis Required

• Proficient in the use of all software provided in Microsoft Office Suite Required

• Experience is preferred in healthcare financial services, clinical operations, supply chain, or information systems oriented environment Preferred

• Previous experience working in information technology product support or product development Preferred
