Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Tech Location: Lakeland, FL Pay: $25.00/hour+, depending on experience Hours: Monday-Friday, rotating shifts Duration: Direct Hire Opportunity
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Set up, change over, maintain and repair production lines
- Operate/Debug newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs
- Conduct basic general and preventative maintenance repairs
- Grease and oil motors and production equipment
- Troubleshoot maintenance problems in accordance with established procedures
- Study blueprints and manufacturers' manuals to determine correct installation, operation and troubleshooting of machinery
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have fabrication skills
- 2 years technical/mechanical experience
