As a member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information on product specifications, pricing, and availability. Maintaining clean, well-stocked sales counters and merchandise displays is essential for creating a positive customer experience. Additionally, safely operating forklifts in compliance with company rules and regulations, including deliveries to various locations, is a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities include assisting walk-in customers at sales counters, handling off-site customer inquiries, processing incoming vendor shipments, and efficiently managing customer returns. You'll also be responsible for maintaining the organization of the warehouse and sales areas, fulfilling customer orders, and performing merchandise deliveries and pickups.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service, assist walk-in and off-site customers, handle vendor shipments and returns, manage warehouse and sales areas, fulfill orders with forklift, handle deliveries, provide product information, maintain displays, monitor inventory, ensure safe vehicle operation.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

Skills

• Leadership (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Customer Service (3 years of experience is preferred)

• shipping (3 years of experience is preferred)

• Order Pulling (2 years of experience is required)

• forklift (2 years of experience is required)
