IT/FACILITY INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT Systems Integration, Inc., (SII) is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Manager to manage the technical aspects of the Help Desk support team and provide input and assistance on all Facility Risk Assessment requirements. Must possess proven expertise in the alignment of federal requirements for risk management, with successful Authorization to Operate (ATO) documentation and processes. Demonstration of cyber security knowledge through the creation and maintenance of key program documentation like systems security plans and system descriptions. Experience with DISA STIGs review and validation, NIST documentation and requirements. Added value through metrics reporting, process improvement. Responsibilities Design and implement the SII provided equipment and organize all activities related to establishing a modern call center facility. Coordinate orders for appropriate software, hardware and network components. Manage the team of Professional Services technicians assigned to each project. Manage the technical aspects of projects by instructing, directing, and checking the work of other team members. Verify that maintenance costs are correct, based on the actual hardware and software purchased and installed. Guide and provide input to security assessment to obtain ATO. Minimum Qualifications Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Networking Administration or Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, or another relevant field. 8 or more years of experience in managing technical support and IT program management. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification required. Security Clearance Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a public trust security clearance.
