The Opportunity

The Analyst I - Auto FP&A and Reporting will be a key member of the Dealer Financial Services - Finance team, directly responsible for tracking, reporting, maintaining, and analyzing key financial and operational metrics in support of Ally executives, operations, and other key business partners.

The Work Itself

  • High exposure opportunity through KPI reporting to Ally executives, external regulators, and other key business partners.
  • Maintain, enhance, and develop key financial and operational metric reporting to best support changing business needs.
  • Build new capabilities that support Finance Transformation initiatives
  • Analyze aggregate financial results to ensure accuracy of reporting and identify trends.
  • Drive audit compliance and improve documentation within the areas for which you are responsible.
  • Work collaboratively with Finance, Risk, Operations and other partners to ensure enterprise objectives are met.
  • Perform ad hoc analytical projects as required.

The Skills You Bring

  • 1+ years previous work experience in Finance or related field preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving for results with great analytics.
  • Attention to detail balanced with knowing the right altitude necessary to deliver on requirements.
  • Energetic and inquisitive, quick learner, takes initiative.
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix organization and to operate in ambiguity.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, MS Office, SAS EG preferred.

Base Pay Range:

Emerging: 60000

Experienced: 72500

Expert: 85000

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan
