The Director of Payroll Operations is responsible for supervising staff and managing all payroll processes to ensure they are executed in an accurate and timely manner. This position is the subject matter expert and is responsible for all aspects of meeting the College's payroll obligations for approximately 1800 employees. The Director maintains all payroll records and oversees payroll processes and procedures, and is responsible for continual process improvement.
