- Experience operating excavators and other heavy machinery
- Experience in the operation of excavators and lulls
- Must know hand signals (boom in/out, tilt in/out, etc.)
- Must be 21 years of age (hazardous requirement)

Job Description: The company is a temporary and temp to hire staffing agency in the construction industry. The company is seeking Heavy Machinery Operators for their Clearwater, FL location.
Duties:
- Operate excavator equipment to perform various tasks such as digging, trenching, and grading
- Operate heavy machinery including a Lull Lift
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications Requirements:
- Must follow written and verbal instructions
- Will work outdoors in various weather conditions
