Randstad is recruiting for an experienced Billing Analyst who will be responsible for processing timely and accurate billing, investigation and issuance of credits received from escalated customer disputes. salary: $23 - $24 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• High revenue billing

• Responsible for ensuring cash is applied against customer accounts on a timely basis, with clear processes in place to ensure proactive investigations for unidentified items.

• Manage the resolution of unidentified transactions that appear as adjustment items on bank reconciliations.

Skills

• Billing (2 years of experience is required)

• fixed fee billing (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is required)

• Dynamics (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Analytical Thinking (2 years of experience is preferred)
