PRS OF NEVADA LTD COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL ROOFER in Las Vegas, Nevada
POSITION:COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL ROOFER SCHEDULE: Regular, Full Time,8 - Hour shifts Monday - Friday / Year-Round Work LOCATION: Las Vegas, NV 89128 SALARY:$18.00 - $28.00 per hour (plus applicable piece work rates) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a commercial or residential roofer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of roofing techniques and materials
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of caulking, stucco, and other waterproofing techniques is a plus
- OSHA 10 card (minimum)
JOB SUMMARY: Professional Roofing Services (PRS) has over 40 years of experience in the roofing industry. We are a licensed, bonded and insured roofing contractor that specializes in all phases of roof installation, maintenance and repair for commercial, residential and common interest community projects. In addition, PRS provides inspection and repair services for a variety of real estate, homeowner insurance and home warranty companies. - Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems
- Fabricate and install sheet metal flashings
- Apply roof coatings, sealants, and caulking to ensure water-tightness
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete roofing tasks
- Work with various roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, metal, and single-ply membranes
- Repair and restore damaged roofs
- Read and interpret work orders, be able to calculate measurements
