Role Overview:
As a Help Desk Analyst, you’ll be the go-to resource for resolving technical issues and enhancing user experiences. From troubleshooting software and hardware problems to optimizing system performance, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional support and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for applications, operating systems, and productivity tools.
Respond to client inquiries and support requests via phone and email.
Troubleshoot and resolve recurring technical issues effectively.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge Base (KB) articles for efficient problem-solving.
Manage user accounts in a client-server environment.
