POSITION:Manager SCHEDULE: Regular, Full Time LOCATION: Las Vegas, NV 89119 -
Harry Reid International Airport SALARY: $45,000 to $55,000 annuallywith a potential bonus at the end of the year
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in fast food business
- Valid Health card or ability to obtain
- Able to pass background check to work at the airport.
JOB SUMMARY:
Curate memorable experiences for our guests and the CBTL team daily.We are seeking friendly, dedicated, hands-on, and creative managers to provide our guests with the world's finest quality coffee and tea experience. Excellent customer service and teamwork required.

- Lead by example. Be a leader/advocate for your team by driving profitability, service, performance, and operational excellence through coaching and training.
- Be a coffee and tea expert. You bring the passion, we provide the training, and you share it with the team and guests providing aTotal Quality Experience.

- Contribute. Manage a profitable store by tracking sales and overseeing the day to day operations and risk management. Help the store with tasks, ideas, and support store growth operationally.

- Be an advocate. As the face of CBTL you will build the store's presence by connecting with your local community to attract and retain fresh talent.
