Sunmark’s Deposit Operations Team is Hiring! This position is located within our Latham office, 1187 Troy Schenectady Road.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8-4:30pm
Starting Pay: $24-26/hr based on experience.
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the administrator for the credit unions ITM/ATM fleet. Makes manual adjustments to the drawers when notified. Works with Accounting to find differences when balancing. Maintains all replenishments and deposit pulls. Daily trouble shooting of all errors and service issues and work with IT and vendors for prompt resolution. Set up all new ITM’s/ATMs added to the credit union fleet. Strong working relationship with outside vendors including but not limited to: Alloya, Loomis, Red Hawk, Fiserv, and COOP-COOP ATM Locator. Assist with implementation and work with IT and Risk Management with new builds, branch renovations, and mergers. Daily processing of all Alloya adjustments for deposits and share drafts for the credit union.
Candidates should have a high school diploma/GED equivalent or higher with a minimum of 3 years financial experience. Ability to work independently, adapts to a changing environment, computer proficiency and strong attention to detail.
