Food manufacturing company for their dressing and sauces that is packaged and distributed for sale at various stores and restaurants. The facility fills the packaging and bottles on product lines that is moved throughout the facility on conveyor lines to the end packaging of the finished product to be transported for warehousing and shipping. This technician will be responsible all machininery, equipment, conveyors, and general facilities maintenance.

The maintenance technician will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and reparing: automated machinery, packaging machines, gear boxes, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, motors, cylinders pumps, valves, flow meters. They also have case packers, case sealers, filler machines, labelers, and palletizers.

Experience and knowledge of schematics, low/high voltage circuits, electric motors and motor controls, and PLC. Knowledge of support systems including steam, hot water, compressed air, and refrigeration systems.
