About the Role The Boston Symphony Orchestra is seeking driven individuals to join the Event Services team at Tanglewood (Lenox, MA) as seasonal Event Set Up Assistants. Job Responsibilities - Set up/breakdown of all events on Tanglewood Grounds. - Event set ups include dining service, galas, weddings, backstage catering, private parties, internal events, Yoga on the lawn and other various activities. QUALIFICATIONS The successful candidate will have... - Must be 18 years or older. - Detail oriented person with ability to lift heavy objects of 50-100 lbs. - Able to work a flexible schedule. - Weekends and some overtime required. - Driver license needed. - Housing not provided.
