JOB SUMMARY

The Registered Nurse for the Integrated Medical Group will work within our provider practices to ensure that all patients received the highest quality standard of medical care expected in medical practice. They will be responsible for providing clinical support, direction, and guidance to act as a resource to MA's on the clinical staff, and performing nursing components of a comprehensive screening on initial visits. They will perform telephone and office medical triage of patients requiring urgent attention. The RN will educate patients in various subjects depending on the location of care, as needed, and administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections accurately and document accordingly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

• Associates Degree in Nursing required

• Valid State of Maine RN license required

• ACLS/BLS Certification required

EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years previous experience in a clinical office setting preferred

• 1-year previous nursing experience required

OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED

• Ability to handle multiple priorities

• Demonstrated leadership abilities

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required

• Flexibility in schedule: available to work 7:30 am-8:00 pm; May include Saturdays; May travel to another office for coverage on in-services
