Actalent Quality Lab Technician in Lincoln, Nebraska

Actalent is seeking a Quality Lab Technician to join the team of a leading agriculture company in Lincoln!

Details:

  • Monday-Friday

  • Must be flexible on hours but primarily 1st shift

  • $20/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine grain testing procedures in an accurate and timely manner

  • Record and compile test results to prepare graphs, charts and reports as required and requested by management

  • Provide independent oversight of processes, verifying compliance to company standards and policies and effectively communicating deviations from the standard(s) to Lab Tech and management

  • Conduct routine quality control testing and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities

  • Actively participate in quality, food safety and safety programs

Skills:

  • GMPs, Quality Control, laboratory, Biology, Chemistry, Troubleshooting, validation & lab testing testing, weighing

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma but Scientific degree preferred.

  • 1+ years of relevant experience.

  • Attention to detail and critical thinking.
